Delicious Smothered Steakum Sandwiches

Many choices on fixing a steakum sandwich. It is hit and miss once you start fixing them, the skys the limit. This is how I made them.
I chose fresh mushrooms, onions and green peppers plus some jalapenos and sauted them in a light low fat butter til soft.
Add the steakum in the skillet and then melt american cheese on them and you have got a delicious smothered steakum sandwich.
Send me your ideas on the steakums!

Sewing Fine Things and More Blog Spot

Ever go to make something and just don't have enough fabric?
In my case, this special, retired John Deere fabric I could find
no where, so I decided to make a crib bumper w/ that fabric
and some of the white fabric. You can basically make any
project w/ a plain color to match and stretch out what you
do have in stock then. See my picture and try it out for one
of your projects!
